Description
The XF-QP automatic slice cutting machine can cut root vegetable into small slice, stick or curve shape. This equipment is a compound and multifunctional cutter which simulates the principle of hand cutting and adopts the advanced technique of infinitely variable speeds and centrifugal slicing structure.
Application
Slice cutting equipment is applicable to leaf vegetables like shallot, garlic, celery, leek, cabbage, which can be cut in to strip. It is also used to bulb group like carrot, potato, tannia, bamboo shoot, onion, ginger, pepper, cucumber and other kinds.
