Description
XFL-Y liquid sachet packing machine is well applied in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and light industries, including granule packing machine, powder packing machine, liquid packing machine to pack such stuff as granule, powder, liquid, and paste into small packages.
Application
The liquid sachet packing machine is suitable for automatic packaging of liquid of foods, medicine and chemical, such as pesticide, shampoo, body foam bath lotion, facial cream, ingredient oil, fruit sauce, tomato ketchup and honey etc.
Features
1. Independent PID controls the temperature, which is more suitable for different packing materials.
2. Addable code printer can print date of manufacture, expiration date and validity date.
3. Sachet packaging machinery can finish the work of bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting automatically.
4. Applicable material should be heat sealable films like: PET/PE, Paper/PE, PET/AL (PET-AL) PE, OPP/PE.
5. The driving system is simple and reliable, and its maintenance is easier.
6. Either length control setting or photoelectric color tracing, bag length is set and cut in one step, which save time and film.
