Description
XFL-Y cream sachet packing machine completes the whole packing procedure automatically, including load materials, measuring, bag making, sealing, date printing, air charging (or exhausting), transporting as well as counting.
Application
Our paste sachet packaging machine are well applied in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and light industries, including granule packing machine, powder packing machine, liquid packing machine to pack such stuff as granule, powder, liquid, paste into small packages.
Features
1. Cream sachet packing machine can finish bag-making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting automatically.
2. Either length control setting or photoelectric color tracing, bag length is set and cut in one step, which save time and film.
3. The temperature is under independent PID control, which is more suitable for different packing materials.
4. Code printer is addable, which can print date of manufacture, expiration date and validity date.
5. The driving system is simple and reliable, and its maintenance is easier.
6. Applicable material should be heat sealable films like: PET/PE, Paper/PE, PET/AL (PET-AL) PE, OPP/PE.
