1. XF-GF automatic tube filling and sealing machine is highly automatic. It can automatically load tubes, align color codes, fill, seal, stamp, print batch numbers and discharge tubes.
2. The tube filling machine is designed with an automatic rejection system. In the case of color misalignment, it will not fill materials, and the tube will be rejected automatically. This assures increased accuracy of filling and decreased waste of materials.
3. Our automatic tube filling and sealing machine is designed with PLC control system for enhanced performance in accuracy and stability.
4. The heating part adopts inner heating mode by using Swiss LEISTER heat gun, which melts down plastics by blowing hot air to the inside wall of tubes, and then stamp odontograms and batch numbers. This helps ensure the sealing quality.
5. Filling parts and parts contacting with materials of our tube filling machine are made of stainless steel for improved resistance to acid, alkali and corrosion.
6. All the tubes of this automatic tube filling and sealing machine are connected with quick clamps for convenient, fast and easy assembly and disassembly.
7. Rotary valve is designed to facilitate cleaning of the equipment. Frequency conversion motor allows users to adjust the speed freely.
8. Optional heating mixing unit, automatic feeding unit, etc. is available.
